These Terms and Conditions contained herein are a legal contract between you, known as the client, and the staff and owners of Home Improvement Solutions LLC, an Oregon Registered Company, regarding the use and information received from the web site http://www.harmonybydesign.com. and specifically Your On Line Feng Shui Solution.

Answered feng shui questions, advice, suggestions, information, resources, guidance and materials posted and/or referenced by the staff or owners of this web site, www.harmonybydesign.com , are provided for the paid clients information only and are not warranted or guaranteed to be free of errors, potential omissions or other deficiencies.

Every effort will be made to respond to questions asked by the clients of the web site in a clear, concise manner, with the understanding that, since there is no ability to be physically or visually present, the answers are limited to the scope, accuracy and content of the client’s description. Therefore, no liability is assumed or implied for any misinformation, involuntary or voluntary deletions, accidental or conscious misdirection and/or misunderstandings of feng shui terms, relating to the actual physical conditions presented by the client's question.

It is to be fully understood, that at various times, this web site www.harmonybydesign.com and Home Improvement Solutions LLC, will publish actual questions from client files as a promotional and informational dialogue for advertising purposes, but at no time will any physical addresses, last name, phone numbers or e-mail addresses be revealed or made available to any outside source for any reason.

If at any time a client feels that the information they received was not presented in a professional manner and/or lacks clarity of understanding, then they may request a second response to the same question in writing, at no extra charge. If, at that time, there is still no resolution, a 50% credit will be issued to the client within 30 days of that final decision.
